Magnat Symbol X 160 Indoor/Outdoor Speaker with 6.5" Woofer, Surface Mount, White, Pair

ONE SPEAKER, EVERY LOCATION

INDOORS AND OUTDOORS

The Symbol X 160 is built to work wherever you need sound. Use it as a desktop monitor for video work or as a compact hi-fi speaker on a sideboard. Its weather-resistant design also suits a balcony or patio. Few speakers cover that many roles convincingly.

165 MM BASS CHASSIS

The larger of the two Symbol X models uses a 165 mm bass chassis for genuine low-frequency weight. That extra cone area matters outdoors, where there are no walls to reinforce the bass. Music keeps its body instead of thinning out in the open air.

BUILT FOR THE WEATHER

Coated components and a weather-resistant enclosure let the Symbol X live permanently on a terrace or under a canopy. Rain, humidity and temperature swings are part of the design brief rather than an afterthought. Installation outside does not mean replacing speakers every season.

SURFACE MOUNT BRACKET INCLUDED

A sturdy mounting bracket allows the speaker to be angled precisely towards the listening area. Wall, ceiling and under-eave installations are all straightforward. Once aimed, the speaker stays exactly where you set it.

BLACK OR WHITE FINISH

Both Symbol X sizes are available in black and white so the speaker can disappear against any wall. Compact dimensions keep the visual footprint small. Good sound does not have to announce itself in the middle of your architecture..

PREMIUM GERMAN AUDIO

DESKTOP MONITORING

On a desk the Symbol X 160 works as an honest near-field monitor for editing and video production. The presentation is direct and detailed rather than flattering. When the same speaker also has to entertain guests outside, that honesty is a bonus.

HI-FI ON
A SIDEBOARD

In a living room the Symbol X sits neatly on a shelf or sideboard and behaves like a proper hi-fi speaker. Compact dimensions make it an easy fit where a floorstander would dominate. Clean, balanced sound comes without a change to the furniture.

PART OF
A LARGER SYSTEM

The Symbol X works as a stereo pair, as surround channels or as one zone in a multiroom installation. Its consistent voicing means additional pairs can be added later without a tonal mismatch. The system grows room by room.

TWO SIZES
ONE FAMILY

The Symbol X range offers the X 130 with a 140 mm woofer and the X 160 with a 165 mm chassis. Choose the size each location calls for and keep the same tonal character throughout. Terraces, kitchens and studies can all be covered by one family.
